My mom watched my kids for me too. Could you ask for a better day? Quilting and free babysitting! It was also the first day I've left my son (he is 14 months) for a whole day and he did amazing. Of course, spending 4 hours at the water park is a good distraction.
And I've decided to join in the Fat Quarter Give-away on the Old Red Barn Quilt Along Flickr group. Here is my offering:
No more sewing for me for the next couple of days as I am expecting 16 kiddos and their parents tomorrow night for my daughter's 3rd Birthday!

Your double wedding ring block is impressive. I'm okay with drunkard's path blocks, but I'd be afraid to try what you just did. Well done! Be proud of yourself!
that is so pretty! and I love the fabrics you used - what a great way to make an old pattern look so fresh with new fabrics!
Wonderful job, I would be scared to death!! Love your fabric choices!
Wow - that is amazing! Was it very hard? I so want to try this but I am not really sure how to start!
It's so pretty; your choice of fabrics really work with the block. It feels traditional and modern at the same time. Is this machine pieced?
Your double wedding ring block looks really nice. I've heard they are really hard to do, I've never tried one.
What a gorgeous double wedding ring!
Well it is red and it is a double wedding ring. I want to steal it! I don't know that I will ever attempt this. I'm scared. But maybe some day. LOVE yours.
